Owner & Executive Chef

Ying is the heart, soul, and culinary force behind ALL THAI'D UP Catering. With a deep passion for authentic Thai street food cuisine and a gift for bringing people together through food, Ying is building a catering experience that is as warm and vibrant as the dishes she creates.

Her Story

Growing up surrounded by the rich flavors and traditions of Thai cooking, Ying developed an early love for the art of preparing food. From fragrant curries to perfectly balanced stir-fries, every dish she crafts reflects years of hands-on experience and an unwavering commitment to quality ingredients and authentic technique.

Ying has been serving our Columbus/Weimer stretch of Interstate 10, since 2016. She began in her food trailer and with help from the community, then migrated into a hundred-year-old filling station where she served her lunches for 3 years before an immediate family member was diagnosed with an illness at which time Ying chose to focus her time and energy with and to her family so she paused her business for a year. 

All Thai'd Up was resurrected but in a scaled down version once the illness in her family had passed and now Ying continues to serve lunches but 'with delivery' in both Columbus and Weimar and using her FACEBOOK (allthaiduptx) page for these lunches. Now, she wants to flex her muscles a bit more and offer her 'Catering' through this URL/website (allthaidup.net). Our community knows and loves her for her food yes, but more so for the 'human' being she is.

Her Catering Philosophy

For Ying, catering is more than just food — it's about creating memorable moments while sharing a bit of her home of Thailand with her Texas neighbors. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a large corporate event, she approaches every catered occasion with the same care and attention to detail as she did each lunch, ensuring each guest leaves satisfied and inspired.
